The guy who had the van before me whacked something, and it left a good sized dent. I decided to fix it up finally..

First I removed all the surrounding body-filler (bondo)
Next I sanded it down, 50,80,100,220 grit
*Tip* When you do the first layer, wait until it starts to get tacky, then start filling it down. Once it gets hard it'll take forever to sand!
Then I applied 4 layers of body-filler (bondo), sanding each layer down.
*Tip* When you need to fill in the little pits, grab an index card, fold in half and spread the bondo over as thin as you can.
After a lot of sanding, I sprayed on a layer of automotive grey sand-able primer.
*Tip* When you spray this stuff on, feather it off to the sides, no hard stops.
After it dries, start sanding and you'll knock out all the high spots, then spray on a 2 coat.
oh.. and make sure ALL your bumper is covered...

I'm still waiting on an aerosol can of black paint to match my van.. ordered it a few days ago...

Any questions? Hit me up..
Sorry about the pics.. but my Camera was in LOW-RES
